Former world No. 1 Rafael Nadal recently spoke about the lessons he has followed throughout his great career to cope with difficulties on the court. Nadal is one of the most accomplished players in tennis history but still there were moments when he was frustrated and negative.
However, a great champion like Nadal knew how to overcome those negative emotions and turn it into something positive. “It is important to control frustration and accept it. Forgive yourself. I try not to let that frustration cloud me and prevent me from analyzing what is happening in order to find a solution,” Nadal was quoted as saying by Marca.

Nadal’s ability to overcome adversity is one of the most impressive things about him. “It is important to have references.
