Stop ADHD medications


Like many adults ADHDJustine Ruotolo took a stimulant (in her case Adderall XR) for its symptoms. Then, about 11 years ago, he began to meditate. Ruotolo knows this from both personal experience and working with other people with ADHD. He became an ADHD coach shortly after his diagnosis. Although these simple thoughts alone are difficult enough to treat complete ADHD, they are an important part of the self-care regimen.
