“Which channel is today’s NASCAR race?” For those who ask. the answer is just the answer given in the first seven weeks of the NASCAR Cup Series 2021 campaign.

The TV channel for Saturday’s NASCAR Cup race is Fox Sports 1 or FS1 for short. The network will launch the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 from Martinsville Speedway. The Martinsville race is the eighth race of the NASCAR Cup Series 2021 season, and is the first race shown on FS1 this year.

Saturday’s race will also start at another unusual time: the green flag for the first night’s race of the season is expected to be lowered by ET at 8 p.m.

FS1 will broadcast Saturday’s race, the eighth in the NASCAR Cup Series 2021 season. Fox and FS1 will host the NASCAR Cup Series races for the first four months of the Cup Series programming through the June 13 All-Star Race in Texas. NBC and NBC Sports Network will host the rest of the races in 2021, including the playoffs.

As with all Fox and FS1 Cup Series races this season, Mike Joy will call the race with the help of analysts Jeff Gordon, Clint Bowyer and Larry McReynolds.

What time does the NASCAR race start today?

The green flag for Saturday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway is scheduled to drop to ET at 8 p.m.

However, there is a great opportunity to not start the race on time. The National Weather Service forecast Martinsville, Va., Saturday will bring showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night. It is estimated that there is 80 percent precipitation. Saturday’s high temperature will be in the mid-70s and the low temperature will be around 60.

Fox and Fox Sports 1 will televise NASCAR racing for the first four months of the Cup Series program through the June 13 All-Star Race in Texas. FS1 will broadcast Saturday’s race, the eighth in the NASCAR Cup Series 2021 season.
